Since its’ launch in 2001, Rodenas Consulting has served a broad range of clients, including apparel retailers, theaters, department store chains, shoe retailers, restaurants (both food court and stand alone),  and specialty retailers.  Rodenas Consulting has and is currently representing a number of client portfolios on a national basis, and has assisted with the growth of several retailers since their inception, while completing more than 150 new store transactions resulting in more than 2,000,000 square feet being leased.

Rodenas Consulting has also represented national, regional and local shopping center and shopping malls owners working both as a hired third party consultant locally for such national mall entities such as Jones Lang Lasalle and J. Herzog & Sons, and has spearheaded a wide variety of projects including sales and purchases of shopping centers and malls for high net worth clients and redevelopment of both shopping centers and malls.
