Rodenas Consulting has been serving clients nationwide for almost 10 years, and its' consultants have more than 50 years combined experience in all areas of commercial real estate, with specific concentration in the shopping center and shopping mall industry. Rodenas Consulting has shared its' experience with a broad range of clients, including apparel retailers, theaters, department store chains, shoe retailers, restaurants, food court tenants, as well as specialty retailers.

Rodenas Consulting represents a number of client portfolios on a national basis, and has assisted with the growth of several retailers since their inception.  We are proud to say that we have completed more than 150 new store transactions resulting in more than 2,000,000 square feet being leased.

Rodenas Consulting is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee with satellite offices in Chicago, Illinois and Muskegon, Michigan.  Because our consultants work nationwide, Rodenas Consulting has a large geographic base which covers the entire continental United States.  We have also worked on projects in Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
